Trough Blacking are a fully prepared coating based on blend of Carbon and refractories for use on metal or ceramic lined troughs and fall chutes during of centrifugal cast pipes using delavaud process.

• Mincoat 20FB: it is prepared blacking containing all the necessary refractory, suspending and binding agents to give optimal performance on trough during pipe manufacturing. It is suitable for all types of trough
• Trough 200: Supplying in powder form and strongly recommended for initial dispersion of powder in water. Suitable for all types of runner and fall chuted and easy to patch and repair at high temperature
• Trough Blacking PS2: Supplying in powder form and strongly recommended for initial dispersion of powder in water. Suitable for all types of runner and fall chuted and easy to patch and repair at high temperature

Applications:

• Suitable for metal or ceramic lined troughs and fall chutes
• Easy to patch and repair even at high temperature
• Can be supplied in paste as well as powder form

Handling and Precautions:

• Keep away from the direct heat and sunlight
• Has a shelf life of 60 days if stored in cool and dry place
• When coating ensure cleanliness of tank
• When coating ensure dispersion and consistency of the coating
